Such sweet brothers! Edison and his brother Einstein came into us in May of 2008 as VERY sick little kittens! They both ended up with scarring in their eyes. Einstein has internal scars and Edison had external. Edison had eye surgery to remove scar tissue that was covering his eye and blocking his sight. He can now see very well, but they will both have chronic watery eyes. It doesn't bother either of them, and it only takes a few wipes each morning to keep them happy and healthy! They required very intensive care for a very long time and this has made them extremely loving to people! Edison will follow you around like a puppy. He is not the cat for you if you are looking for a loner who doesn't need interaction. He would rather be with people than almost anything else! Our adoption fees are $50 for adult cats, $85 for kittens under one year, and double the love with two adult cats for $85! These cats have been spayed or neutered, dewormed, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, tested for FIV (feline AIDS) and FeLV (feline Leukemia), and microchipped and registered. We are a completely foster home based rescue. We will make arrangements for you to meet the cats as soon as we have approved your application.
